Site work for a water / sewer project in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of March 17, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work consists of Cured in place lining of approximately 8,900 LF of storm pipes ranging in size from 12"-45", and approximately 6,200 LF of 8" VCP sanitary sewer. Additionally, televised recorded inspection and findings report for approximately 8,900 LF of storm pipes and 6,200 LF of 8" gravity main sanitary sewer. The work is shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual. Question Deadline 02/16/2026 at 4:00 PM ET: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Coordinator via email to procurement@ormondbeach.org.
