Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform 2026 Street Reconstruction for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 276, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications at the specified locations. The work includes the following approximate quantities: Repair Pavement - Large Area (Type OPW 4000), Repair Pavement - Small Area (Type OPW 4000), Saw Cut Existing Pavement - Full Depth, Remove and Replace Faulty Subgrade, Adjust Manhole to Grade, and Remove and Replace PCC Imprinted Surfacing. Proposals must be submitted on bid forms provided and accompanied by an original bid bond or a certified check in the amount of not less than $3,475.00 as security. All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed and marked as specified. The work will be awarded under written contract to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid according to the requirements of the plans and specifications. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Plans, specifications, and contract documents must be obtained at E & A Consulting Group, Inc., upon payment of a non-refundable fee. The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the removal of existing pavement, and replacement of Portland Cement Concrete pavement of varying widths with a minimum thickness of seven inches for large areas and nine inches for small areas, remove and replace PCC imprinted surfacing, sealing colored concrete, adjust manholes to grade, subgrade preparation, and any other necessary appurtenances for a completed improvement.
