Site work and paving for a road / highway in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes adding storm sewer and paving two gravel road segments: North Ridge Drive East from the south end of the State Street bridge south to the North Ridge Drive intersection and North Ridge Drive from the Willit Street intersection north to Vennelyst Park Road. The bid bond amount is listed in the Attributes section. A copy of the bid bond or acceptable substitute shall be uploaded in the Response Attachments section. The original document must be received by the City Clerk, 1819 Farnam Street LC-1, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, NE 68183 within seven calendar days of the closing date and time. Bidders must submit bid questions in the Questions tab of the bid event. Questions will be answered within one day of the questions cutoff date/time. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 at 2:00 PM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing via online.
