Description

Site work for a residential development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

Bidders must submit a Bid on a unit price basis for each item of Work listed in the unit price section of the Bid Form. The "Bid Price" for each unit price Bid item will be the product of the “Estimated Quantity” and the corresponding “Bid Unit Price” offered by the Bidder. Discrepancies between the multiplication of units of Work and unit prices will be resolved in favor of the unit prices, and discrepancies between the indicated sum of any column of figures and the correct sum will be resolved in favor of the correct sum. The printed copy of the Bid Form must be clearly legible, printed on 8½ inch by 11-inch paper and closely match the Electronic Document version of the Bid Form. Bids must include acknowledgment of all Addenda, postal and e-mail addresses, and telephone number for communications. The Bid must provide evidence of the Bidder's authority to do business in the state, or certification that such authority will be obtained within the time for acceptance of Bids, as well as evidence of any required licensure or a written certification to obtain such licensure. The Bidder must also indicate their state contractor license number, if applicable, on the Bid Form.
