Submitting inquiries outside of online may result in your Bid being rejected The purpose of this Request for Tender ("RFT") is to obtain bid submissions ("Bids") for the removal and replacement of culvert (C-556 & C-568) for The Municipality of Middlesex Centre ("the Municipality") in accordance with OPSD,OPSS, Municipal Design Standards, general conditions and special provisions. Bid Deposit 10% of Bid price The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids. The Municipality can choose the Bid it considers the preferred bid in the circumstances that best meets terms, conditions and specifications and has no obligation to accept the lowest bid.
