A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are invited for the replacement of subsurface sanitation pipes, lines, and facilities that serve the Conference Center of Roanoke. Instructions to bidders and general conditions are included in the Details of Invitation to Bid. Selection will be by competitive sealed bidding. Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory site visit. The Project Manual with further details may be picked up in person or requested via email. Bids will be evaluated according to factors described in the Details of Invitation to Bid, including the proposed price for the specified curtain wall.
