The project is generally described as removing and replacing existing site lighting at three locations on Campus, the use of directional drilling to avoid disturbing recently improved parking and plaza surfaces, and connection of circuits to the Campus BAS for lighting control. Sealed bids are invited for this work. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through eVA or at the designated mailing or hand delivery addresses. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond (form CO-10.2) and Contract Security are required for any bid regardless of the bid amount. The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA. Bids may be modified as per the Instructions to Bidders using the provided fax number and email. Owner will provide support or training to the Contractor as necessary. There is an optional but highly recommended pre-bid conference at the designated location and time. Final completion: 150 calendar days from date indicated in Notice to Proceed.
