The City of Minneapolis is seeking bids from prospective suppliers to furnish and deliver a Reverse Osmosis Purification System for PW-Water Engineering along with various Boards and Departments, in accordance with specified requirements, line items, and all documents requested. All bids must be submitted electronically through the city's Procurement eSupplier Portal. Bidders are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging any addenda prior to submitting a bid. Vendors must be compliant with statutory criteria and may be required to provide signed statements verifying compliance. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and clerical errors. A single contract will be awarded to the overall low, responsive, responsible bidder meeting all specifications. The selected supplier will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, maintain necessary insurance policies, and provide satisfactory work that meets the contract specifications. Additional requirements include compliance with anti-discrimination laws, living wage ordinances (if applicable), prevailing wage requirements (if construction-related), and record-keeping and audit provisions.
