RFP for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Water Distribution Facility This Project envisions the design and construction of a suitable multipurpose maintenance facility for the Public Works Department, Division of Water Treatment and Distribution Services (WTDS). The new Water Distribution Facility will be home to an important team of City employees that should reflect their commitment to safety, efficiency, and innovation. The facility will house the staff, vehicles, specialized equipment, specialized water meter testing and welding/hydrant repair shops, and materials storage for the operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of the City's water distribution system The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
