The City is seeking experienced consultants to provide innovative design solutions and optional construction administration services for the rehabilitation of existing road segments identified in the Council-adopted 10-Year Road Rehabilitation Plan. This plan is based on recommendations from the City's Pavement Management Plan, operational requirements, and Council priorities. Proponents are encouraged to demonstrate creativity and value-added approaches that meet the City's needs and enhance project outcomes. Further update once the project is approved to bid for construction.
