O Brien Lock and Dam area. Work includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete construction activities in accordance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 safety standards, and ensuring all contracted personnel are trained, certified, and equipped for required safety operations. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Location: Thomas J. OBrien Lock and Dam 11700 S. Torrence Ave., Chicago, IL 60617 Description of Services/Introduction: This is a non-personal services contract with three-line items. Line item one (1), build a 30' x 50' chain link fence storage area with two (2) swing gates. Line item two (2), expand the boat ramp gates openings to 15' and height to seven (7) feet Line item three (3), extend the height of the security fence at the controlling works to ten (10) feet and expand the gate width to 12'. Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform these services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services specified in part three (3).
