Email: jcothren@dewberry.com Question Deadline 02/13/2026 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the replacement of the existing BAS control system and HVAC central plant equipment. Site address is 5329 Cass Holt Road, Holly Springs, NC 27540. Work shall be provided generally as shown in the following contract documents prepared by Dewberry Engineers Inc. dated January 23, 2026. THE WORK INCLUDES: Removal/replacement of existing BAS control system. Removal/replacement of existing HVAC central plant equipment (boilers, pumps, etc.). Removal of existing ice storage system. Installation of chillers furnished by WCPSS. Partial replacement of hydronic control valves. Removal/replacement of existing VFD’s. Replacement of lighting and lighting contactors. Addition of carbon monoxide detection in boiler room, served from existing fire alarm system.
