Description

The City of Cottonwood intends to relocate its chief administrative offices City Hall to a 20,000 SF, two-story former medical building located at 651 Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood, AZ. The City is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified, licensed contractors interested in providing design-build services for this project. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a fully operational, code-compliant, and move-in-ready facility that meets the City's program, budget, and schedule requirements. Sealed statements of qualifications must be submitted through the City's eProcurement Portal. No late-submitted or physically delivered responses will be considered. Offerors are cautioned to begin the submittal process sufficiently in advance to account for potential delays.
