Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Cottonwood, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a three-unit multi-residential development.
The work involves making substantial repairs to 3 homes located in Cottonwood and Sedona. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: electrical service and repair; window replacement; plumbing repairs; shower/tub replacement; door replacement; roof coatings; drywall, tile and grout work; painting; and siding replacement. Bids must be on a lump-sum basis for the entire scope of work for each home. Bidders may submit bids for one or multiple homes, and each will be awarded separately to the lowest qualified bidder. Bids must be sealed, labeled appropriately, and delivered to the specified address by the indicated deadline. Minority, woman-owned, and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit bids. NACOG may waive informalities in the bids, negotiate with any and all bidders, and may reject all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of NACOG, the City of Cottonwood, or the City of Sedona.
