Bids are being solicited for the boiler replacement at Capital High School in Boise, Idaho. The project consists of mechanical and electrical bid packages. The scope of work covers the replacement of heating boilers and includes all related mechanical and electrical systems such as plumbing, HVAC, insulation, testing, balancing, commissioning, instrumentation, controls, piping, pumps, water treatment, fire stopping, and supporting electrical systems. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids on the provided forms, include bid security of at least 5% of the total bid, and provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount if awarded. Contractors must be licensed in the State of Idaho. Bidders must carefully examine all drawings, specifications, and the site prior to bidding, and ensure full understanding of conditions. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informality or irregularity in the interest of the owner.
