Renovation of a fire / police facility in Stratford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Town of Stratford is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors with proven industry experience to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all else necessary to perform elevator modernization at the Fire Department Headquarters. Bidders must submit a five percent bid bond or approved security with their proposal. A non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting will be held for prospective bidders to review the site conditions. All requests for information must be submitted in writing as specified, and responses will be provided via addenda posted on the Purchasing Department's website. No requests will be accepted after the stated deadline, and no questions will be answered by phone, in person, or through any other means not specified.
