Demolition, site work and renovation of a recreation facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a recreation facility.
Disclaimer: "Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents. " PLEASE BREAKOUT SALES TAX ON YOUR BIDS. IT IS NOT TO BE INCLUDED IN BASE BID.- This project includes demolition and renovation work, along with the demolition and replacement of an exterior brick retaining wall. Scopes of work include an aluminum storefront, casework, interior finishes, limited sitework, and Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical work. Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 5% MBE and 6% WBE and must be met separately. Bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the Bidding Documents.
