Scopes of work include an aluminum storefront, casework, interior finishes, limited sitework, and Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical work. Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor.
