As of March 2, 2026 this project has not been awarded yet. This project is expected to be awarded on the April 14th Council meeting. The work generally consists of watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, street grading, curb & gutter, and bituminous pavement. Major estimated quantities include: removal of bituminous pavement (2,950 SY), common excavation (2,850 CY), select granular embankment (1,400 CY), aggregate base (CV) Class 5 (700 CY), bituminous pavement (1.5" to 2.0" thick, 7,500 SY), 10" PVC pipe sewer (800 LF), 12"–18" RC pipe sewer (650 LF), 6"–12" PVC watermain (925 LF), manhole/catch basin structures (9 EA), 6" concrete driveway pavement (120 SY), and concrete curb and gutter (1,550 LF). Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com, and only those submitted via the online electronic bid service will be accepted. Proper acknowledgement of all addenda is required. Each electronic bid must be accompanied by a bidder's security in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid, executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to do business in the State. The successful bidder must, within ten days after Notice of Award, execute a contract according to the terms of the bid and provide both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
