Reference Number 0000409606 The City is seeking a qualified contractor to perform pavement marking services and related work. The scope includes providing all supervision, labor, tools, mobilization, equipment, and services required to perform pavement marking work as specified herein. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF TALLMADGE. Failure to submit either will result in rejection of the bid. Should any bid not be awarded or be rejected, such check or bond will be returned to the bidder or bidders.
