The scope of work includes enlisting the services of a Registered Land Surveyor to survey and mark property corners and intermediate points along the fenceline to confirm that the work is on city property; clearing vegetation where necessary for workspace; removing and disposing of approximately 8,000 linear feet of fence; installing new chain link fence with barbed wire and gates; and soil stabilization where needed. Bidders are required to be licensed and comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor’s Licensing Act. Contract documents may be purchased by non-refundable deposit. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at the project site. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
