Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Apison, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
This project is for site preparation for the installation of a future hangar building to be completed by others. The scope of this project consists of removal and disposal of an existing metal building, backfill of existing and installation of new storm sewer pipe, concrete and asphalt pavement removal and disposal, retaining wall construction, sanitary sewer realignment, water service line installation, and placement of new crushed stone base, concrete and hot mix asphalt pavement. Question Deadline 03/31/2025 Questions received less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
