Renovation of a municipal facility in Poughkeepsie, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Sealed bids are requested for separate contracts involving Construction Work, HVAC Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work for the provision of a Regional Operations Center and improvements at the E Roosevelt State Office Building, 4 Burnett Blvd, Poughkeepsie, NY. Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders and be accompanied by a bid security in designated amounts per trade. Successful bidders must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the contract amount, with estimated contract values provided for each trade. The work is subject to specific requirements regarding bidder communications, bid preparation, security, and compliance with state finance law. The substantial completion date is 286 days after contract approval. Bidders are urged to attend a scheduled pre-bid site visit, and are expected to comply with policies promoting participation of minority and women-owned business enterprises and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, with established participation goals for each trade. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any bids. Contract estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 for E. The substantial completion date for this project is 286 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. Phone the office of Theresa Swehla, (845-452-5880) a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the date to provide the names of those who will attend the pre-bid site visit. Only contractors that schedule a visit at least 48 hours in advance will be allowed to participate in the pre-bid site visit. The project site is located at 4 Burnett Boulevard, Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York. The intent of the limited hazardous materials survey was to identify suspect ACM, leadcontaining material, and PCB-containing caulk/sealant that are located within designated areas of the Eleanor Roosevelt State Office Building as shown on the provided Removal Plan A-100, provided by Colliers Engineering & Design, and may be impacted during a proposed renovation project. The limited hazardous materials survey was conducted for the subject areas, as directed by Gary Flisnik, representing Colliers Engineering & Design. The subject areas were occupied and operational at the time of the sampling event.
