Demolition for an educational facility in Paraje, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 66,500-square-foot educational facility.
The project consists of demolition of approximately 66,500 square feet of existing abandoned school buildings, located within an approximately 3.25-acre site. The project includes abatement of asbestos and lead based paint containing materials, utility disconnects, and other associated appurtenances. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the specified website for notifications of changes and addenda related to the project. Electronic copies of the bidding documents may be viewed and downloaded online by registering at the engineer's website at no cost. The contract documents may also be examined at the office of the engineer. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
