Deadline for Addendum(s) NMSU Procurement Services 2/04/2026 @ 5:00pm (local time). A Bid Bond payable to NMSU in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid submitted must accompany each Bid. This serves as a guarantee that, if awarded the BID, the Bidder will enter into a contract with NMSU. This 5% Bid Bond must be in a form satisfactory to NMSU that is executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico. New Mexico State University may waive any informality or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time of the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof.
