Renovation of a medical facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Artesia Special Hospital District is seeking proposals from licensed flooring contractors to complete a flooring renovation project at Memorial Family Practice, a busy clinic that has not seen major updates since 2016. The project includes replacing approximately 12,000 square feet of flooring using a phased approach to minimize disruption to patient care. Contractors must meet healthcare facility standards and submit proposals including experience, cost estimates, and timelines. The selected contractor will coordinate with the hospital's Facilities Department and adhere to all infection control and safety requirements. A hospital provided on-site dumpster will be available for debris disposal, which will remain outside the contractor's scope of responsibility. Wall painting and furniture refurbishments will be handled internally by hospital staff.
