**As of July 23,2025, the project was awarded to Pecos Valley Pump but the awarded amount is not available.** The City of Artesia requests bids to establish an indefinite quantity control contract for Pump and Well Pull, Repair and/or replacement, and installation for the City of Artesia Water Department. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days, subject to all actions by the City. Question Deadline 06/17/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Potential Offerors may submit written questions to the Chief Procurement Officer about this intent or clarity of this RFB. All written questions must be addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer. Questions shall be clearly labeled, and the Section(s) shall be cited in the RFB or other document that forms the basis of the question. The City of Artesia reserves the right to reject all bids in part or whole.
