Chisum Ave., City of Artesia, NM, CoA Project No. 25-0003. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Project plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for public inspection at the office of the Architect by appointment. Bidders can purchase digital thumb drives containing Contract Documents for a fee, with no refunds. Hard copies may also be purchased at the bidder's expense, with no refunds for returned documents. The "Subcontractors Fair Practices Act" applies to this project. All contractors must submit certified weekly payroll records in compliance with the New Mexico Public Works Minimum Wage Act.
