Renovation of a military facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work consists of acquiring commercial construction services under a firm-fixed-price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 to complete all tasks identified in the statement of work. The requirement is subject to Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations and must be performed within the specified period of performance, with full performance beginning by April 10, 2026, and completion by April 24, 2026. Quotes will be evaluated using a best-value approach considering technical approach, delivery schedule, past performance, experience, technical qualifications, and price, and all quoters must submit a compliant package within the defined page limits. The contractor must provide all certifications, insurance, supplies, and capabilities necessary to complete the required construction effort, and payment will be authorized only upon satisfactory completion and acceptance by the Government. Period of Performance: 04/10/2026 to 04/24/2026 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
