Bids will be received for the following Bid Packages: Bid Package No. 1: Architectural Package Bid Package No. 2: Earthwork/Demolition Bid Package No. 3: Concrete Bid Package No. 4: Masonry Bid Package No. 5: Structural, Miscellaneous Steel and Roof System Bid Package No. 6: Aluminum Storefront, Windows, Glass and Glazing Bid Package No. 7: Light Gauge Joist and Framing, Fire Rated Decking, Drywall and Ceiling Systems Bid Package No. 8: Paint Bid Package No. 9: HVAC/Automatic Temperature Control Bid Package No. 10. Electrical, Communication, Fire Alarm, Electronic Safety and Security Trade Contractors and Material Suppliers may secure a copy of the proposed contract documents from the Construction Manager on a first come first serve basis. These documents must be utilized and returned to the Construction Manager in a timely fashion. PRE-BID Conference - Not Applicable The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and work of the proposal contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Bidders shall include the performance and payment bond as part of their bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA document A312. Bid Security in the amount equal to 5% of the contract sum will be required with the bid form submitted and payable to Hill & Cox Corporation. This security can be in the form of a check, cashier's check or a bid bond. No Bidder may withdraw Bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Payment Retainage will be 10% for the length of the contract.
