The scope of work consists of removing and replacingsubmersible pumps, plumbingand electrical at Three (3) Existing Lift Stations. The work consists of removing and replacing submersible pumps, plumbing, and electrical at three existing lift stations. Bidders must be licensed contractors and submit sealed bids for construction of these improvements. Each bid must include a certified or cashier's check, or an acceptable bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guaranty to promptly enter into a contract and provide the required bonds if awarded. All bidders and subcontractors are expected to have an active Unique Entity Identifier Number through www.sam.gov at the time of bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding shall be in accordance with State law. Prospective bidders must obtain a copy of the plans and specifications at least two working days prior to the bid opening.
