Midland County Hospital District is accepting bids for Phase III Abatement and Demo Bid at the Main Campus Hospital for Midland Memorial Hospital, located at 400 Rosalind Redfern Grover Pkwy, Midland, TX 79701. Bidders may contact Tony Strong for access to electronic bid documents and for questions. Attendance to the Pre-BID Walk is required for all potential bidders. A Bid Bond of not less than five percent (5%) is required for all bids. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a general contract with the Midland County Hospital District. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price may be required by Owner upon contract execution. An electronic copy of all bids must be submitted via email, verified by timestamp of receipt, to Tony Strong by the specified deadline. File upload of required bid documents, including bid cover sheet, must be submitted with bid. Under no circumstances will bids received beyond the deadline be accepted. All bids must be sealed and labeled with the specified bid number. Faxed bids from bidders will not be accepted. All bids must include the provided Bid Submission Cover Sheet. All bids must be price protected until the specified date with an expected project start date. All bids will remain confidential until after an award has been made. Vendors will then be allowed to review the bids in the purchasing office according to policy/procedure. Midland County Hospital District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities. Bid Documents will be Posted for Public Viewing on Monday, January 26, 2026.
