Sealed bids will be received for the Big Creek Park - Deep Woods Restroom. Plans and Specifications are available for review at the Geauga Park District Administrative Offices and can be obtained for a non-refundable fee at Northeast Blueprint and Supply. Bidders must purchase documents as instructed to submit a qualified bid. Each bid must include a proposal bond or certified check for 10% of the bid amount as surety. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price within ten days of bid acceptance. Bids must remain valid for sixty days after bid opening. Successful bidders must comply with all applicable regulations regarding equal employment opportunities and prevailing wage rates. All bids must be sealed, clearly marked with the project title, and include the bidder's full name. The Board reserves the right to accept separate or combined bids, award the contract to the lowest and best bid, reject any or all bids, or waive informalities or irregularities.
