Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Chardon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Sealed bids are invited for The Rookery - West Operations Facility. Plans and specifications are available for review at the Geauga Park District Administrative Offices and can be purchased for a printing fee from Northeast Blueprint and Supply. Bidders must purchase plans as instructed to be eligible. Bids must be accompanied by a proposal bond or certified check equal to ten percent of the total bid as surety. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent of the contract price within ten days after notification of bid acceptance. Bids must remain valid for sixty days after the opening date. Successful bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to equal employment opportunities and prevailing wage rates. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the project title and the bidder's full name. The Board reserves the right to accept separate bids for various items or any combination of bids, and will award the contract based on the lowest and best bid, with the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities or irregularities.
