Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Spokane Public Schools requests qualifications from Progressive Design-Build Teams to design and construct the District and Citywide Regional Fields Improvement project. The project consists of constructing all-weather synthetic turf fields and lighting at four of the five area high schools and Dwight Merkel Sports Complex. The Design-Builder will provide comprehensive design and construction services, including design validation, scheduling and logistics planning, coordination with design consultants, management of design budgets and contingencies, investigative design work, material and system selection support, and management of subcontractor and supplier bidding. The Design-Builder is expected to deliver a safe, high-quality project that meets all program requirements on time and within budget. Interested firms must submit their qualifications in accordance with the procedures and format set forth in the RFQ instructions. Firms failing to do so may be considered non-responsive.
