**As of February 5th, this project has been awarded to Hale Contracting for $3,796,700.** Sealed bids are invited for Roofing (RC-1) and General Construction (GC-1) for the 2025 Roof Replacement Project (SED # 05-09-00-00-0-023-011). Bidders must refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i for additional bid submission procedures and requirements. Qualifications of bidders may be required through a fully executed AIA A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement. Contract Documents can be examined at specified locations and may be obtained electronically or in paper form for a fee or deposit. There are specific limits on the number of sets issued to prospective bidders and subcontractors/material suppliers. Addenda will be issued as needed, primarily by email or UPS for full-sized drawings. Bidders must provide bid security as specified in the Contract Documents, and withdrawal of bids is subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. Completion time for the work is specified in Section 011000 entitled "Summary of Work." The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Contract Documents must be returned within 30 days after bid opening for a refund of the deposit, provided they are in reusable condition.
