Mid-Ohio Water & Sewer District - U.S. 42 & S.R. 29 Sanitary Sewer Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Mid-Ohio Water & Sewer District - U.S. 42 & S.R. 29 Sanitary Sewer project. Bidders must obtain Bid Documents from Arcadis to be eligible to bid and submit a fully completed bid submission including a Bid Security as specified by the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders must submit evidence of experience on similar projects. The successful bidder will be required to provide a bond and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements. All contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor where practicable. Domestic steel use requirements apply. The project is also subject to policies encouraging small business participation, Build America Buy America (BABA), American Iron & Steel (AIS), and prevailing Davis-Bacon wage rates as determined for Madison County. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, or alter items or times, and award the bid to the lowest and best bidder. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questionsreceived lessthan ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
