Bids must be delivered to the specified address before the deadline in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the bid number and project title. Late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk at the project site that all bidders must attend in full and sign in by the designated time to be eligible to participate. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bids. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations as required by law.
