TIMELINE: PSPC intends to issue a competitive RFP, limited to firms registered to the Inuit Firm Registry, in summer/fall of 2026 for this requirement. The selection will be based on the highest responsive combined rating of Inuit Benefit Plan (IBP), technical merit, and price. The subsequent request for proposal is intended to be limited to firms registered to the Inuit Firm Registry.
