The Board of Trustees of the Twin Rivers School District invites qualified providers of lease-leaseback construction services to submit statements of qualifications and sealed fee proposals for the Martin Luther King Jr. Technology Academy Hardcourts, Exterior Building Improvements, and Roofing Replacement Project. License Classification. Each proposer must be a licensed Contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the following classification(s), including but not limited to: General Contractor B-License The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a proposal, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals.
