The scope of work includes removal and disposal of the existing roof tiles, flashing, removal and replacement of rain gutters as needed, and removal of damaged plywood. The scope of work also involves the furnish and installation of a new clay tile to match the existing tile in style and color, roof underlayment system, flashing, and any necessary plywood replacement for a complete roof system.
