Contractor shall provide fire suppression and related systems and services on an annual basis at the Glenarm Power Plant, including all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for complete and satisfactory installation and/or repair of the Power Plant's equipment and systems. Services include new installations (replacement or for future areas), maintenance, servicing, repairs, modifications, and ancillary equipment as specified. Work includes inspection and testing of all fire suppression systems and related equipment, inspection and servicing of all fire extinguishers, fire suppression system service (including fusible links as code requires), testing and certification of all sprinkler systems (including standpipes), repairing, maintaining, relocating, installing, or resetting all suppression systems as required, and recharging, testing, and tagging extinguishers as needed. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards, and all equipment, parts, and materials must be of the latest model or current date and meet or be equal to the stated specifications. Contractor must provide all necessary documentation and certifications for approval by the local fire department. Service also includes providing reports and certification to the Power Plant Manager. Emergency response must be available 24/7, and repairs must be approved before being performed. All code-related deficiencies must be corrected within 24 hours of notification. Technicians must be factory trained and certified, and all work performed during regular business hours unless otherwise requested. Contractor is responsible for all tools, safety, and ensuring all staff are appropriately uniformed and badged. Subcontractors must be identified and meet all minimum experience and requirements.
