The City of Pasadena is seeking up to two qualified contractors to provide On-Call Emergency Sewer System Reconstruction and Point Repairs Services throughout the city. The scope includes, but is not limited to: cleaning, televising, and point repair of sanitary sewer pipes at various locations; reconstruction of manhole channels; removal and reconstruction of manholes; adjustment to grade of manhole frames and covers; and miscellaneous appurtenant work. Timely emergency response to sewer spills in accordance with the City's Spill Emergency Response Plan is also required. Contractors must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in similar on-call services for municipal or public agency projects. Proposers must possess and provide Contractor License Class A or Class C-42. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Pasadena's eProcurement Portal before the deadline, formatted on standard-size 8½”x11” pages in 12-point font, with the Technical Proposal, Additional Data, and Statement of Qualifications totaling no more than 50 pages. The Technical Proposal should detail the technical approach to the work. The Price Proposal must include all associated costs. No pricing should appear in the Technical Proposal. All required forms and submittals must be included as specified in the proposal checklist. Attending a mandatory pre-proposal meeting may be required, as specified in the solicitation timeline. Each bidder/proposer may seek clarifications and ask questions at the pre-proposal meeting regarding the specifications.
