Scope of Work: The City of Pasadena, Department of Public Works is seeking bids for a material procurement of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible pedestrian signal (APS) system and push buttons and miscellaneous appurtenant items. Instructions to Bidders: Bids must be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal prior to the deadline. All items listed in the Bidder's Submittals/Checklist must be uploaded electronically. All addenda must be acknowledged. Bid pricing must be entered into the eProcurement Portal and cannot be submitted in a separate attachment. All required attachments must be uploaded before the submission deadline. Each bidder must bid on all items shown in the Bidder’s Pricing Table. Any alteration, deviation, or incomplete signature in the proposal may result in rejection. The price must include all charges required under applicable tax acts. If a bid bond is required, instructions for electronic submission and validation through Surety2000 are provided. Required post-submission documents include tax forms, business license (if required), any required licenses or certifications, and all insurance requirements. Bidders must confirm that prices are valid for 120 days. All supporting paperwork, forms, and acknowledgements, as described, are required for a compliant bid.
