A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Success Centers Digital Signage Pasadena Area Community College District (PACCD) is seeking to have digital signage installed in spaces C345, D300, D301, D302, D303, D304, D306, and R406; a Cisco Board Pro G2 installed in D302A and D302D, and presentation technology installed in D300. Details are listed below. The specific arrangement of equipment inside the AV rack in D300 is appended at the end of this document. PACCD will be responsible for the removal of the existing AV equipment in each of the rooms prior to the installation. After bid has been awarded, District will meet with the vendor to discuss the AV configuration of each room to resolve any issues that may be apparent, before the equipment is ordered. Installation A. Contractor shall furnish all equipment (unless noted as OFE), labor, system setup, and other services necessary for the proper installation of the products/system as indicated and specified herein. System setup information shall include each component, proper mounting, alignment, properly verified signal pathways, and operation. Proper operational and network support control functions shall be verified. B. Install in accordance with manufacturer's handling and installation instructions. C. Install in accordance with all local and pertaining codes and regulations. D. Contractor shall have experience in projects of similar size and complexity. E. Contractor must have at least 2 years' experience in Extron AV control system design, programming, and installation. F. Contractor must hold a current Certified Extron Control Professional or Specialist. G. Equipment shall be configured and in ready to use condition at the end of installation. H. All HDMI Cables should be an Extron brand I.
