At the Owner’s discretion, the contract may be amended or extended to include services for 2030-2031. Proposals must include completed Section 4 Technical Offer and Section 5 Financial Offer forms, submitted as two separate files named 'Technical Offer' and 'Financial Offer' by email. Proposals must be submitted in either of Canada’s official languages. The Owner is not obligated to accept any proposal. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
