This must notably demonstrate: Recognized expertise in seismic rehabilitation of institutional buildings; An in-depth knowledge of the standards and codes in force in Quebec regarding seismic structure and safety; An ability to produce a clear, prioritized and implementation-oriented master plan; Relevant experience in large-scale, existing hospital facilities located in complex settings with similar operational or real estate issues; Qualified human resources, including structural engineers and professionals specialized in seismic analysis; An ability to respond quickly to ad hoc requests within the framework of on-demand execution mandates. The successful bidder will be required to provide all resources necessary for the execution of the mandate.
