Upgrades and repairs to the city waste water treatment plant CERS and its equipment. The scope of the project includes upgrades and increasing treatment and dehydration capacity. TIMELINE: The owner has included the project funding into the Three-year capital expenditure program (PTI) 2026-2028 of Longueil agglomeration. Scope of work and timelines of the project development are being finalized. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling design of the project will begin in summer/fall 2026, construction start is not anticipated before early/spring 2027.
