The requirement includes compliance with the notice regarding timely definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts. There are no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to the definitization of equitable adjustments, and current Department of the Navy data concerning timely definitization is available as of the solicitation date.
