Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
HRSD requests proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the Boat Harbor Treatment Plant Decommission and Demolition (BH015730) project. The required services include preliminary engineering report services, design services, pre-construction services, contract administration services, field engineering, and inspection services. All work associated with this project must be coordinated with the overall management of the SWIFT Full Scale Implementation Program (FSIP). Proposers must register in advance and submit responses online. Proposers must also agree, if selected, to enter into an agreement with the owner in the form included in the Request for Proposal, subject to modification after negotiation. Each proposal must acknowledge acceptance of Addendum Amendment No. 1 prior to submittal. Proposers must be familiar with all requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal. Information to be submitted is outlined in Article 5.
