Units must use R-454B refrigerant and include right or center controls, operate on 208/230 VAC single-phase 60 Hz power, include no heat option, feature enamel-painted steel construction, and contain standard copper or aluminum evaporative condenser coils. All items must be delivered FOB destination within forty-five days of order, and any failure to meet the delivery schedule may result in cancellation with associated costs charged to the awarded offeror. Quotes will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, and vendors must be registered in SAM and include their Unique Entity ID with the offer.
